After waking up, they train; there's no breakfast. Instead, they eat a greasy stew at lunch and dinner, which guarantees optimal weight gain. Fighting, eating, sleeping—there's plenty of variety in the training centers just for the young sumo wrestlers. They have to lend a hand to the bigger, heavier men, cook and clean for them, and on top of that, they swing their hips from morning to night in the blazing sun if they hope to later strap their own belts around their corpulent waist.
